Not a pleasant stay

No aur conditioning in the common areas and the elevators were broken. When we asked if we could have a room on the first floor, the woman said no and wouldn't even check availability.

The Wingate by Wyndham Warner Robins was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I checked-in on Wed. 7/9, 1st room-TV was on, toilet seat in the bathroom was up and I discovered that the bathroom had not been cleaned. When I talked to the front desk worker and showed him the pictures
he said that he would notified the Boss and the boss would contact me. He was just the cook. Never heard from the boss. I kept checking back and was later told that the boss was out of town until Saturday. I purchased several cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom in the room that I later was moved to. 2nd room- The dust was so thick in the room I was praying that we did not get sick. I cleaned the entire room with Lysol and other products. The towels were not fit to use. The breakfast sausages looked as if they had not been cooked. The pool did not open until 5:00 pm. The list of problems goes on and on. No refund was offered and no help was really given. I do not recommend this hotel at all it was a nightmare.

Horrible stay

This place should be shut down! Room was booked weeks in advanced upon arrival I was advised elevator was down. However due to the numerous of other parties for our family reunion weekend hosted in Warner Robins it was not possible to rebooked a room locally due to the large number of family reunion attendees in town. After being left with no other alternative but to checkin for our stay we were placed on the 3rd floor, I have scoliosis & suffered significant damages medical due to the negligence of this stay! My (room was 325) it was gross! House keeping never came to the room neither of the 2 nights of my stay the floor title in bathroom was not properly secured the odor of the room smelled exactly how it looked, FILTHY! The breakfast was mid. They ran out of waffle mix, the machine was making soggy waffles. The indoor pool had a plastic black bag in replace of the roof😂 I will be responding to the proclamation our family received from the Georgia mayor whom welcomed us to this state. We travelled from Florida, there was a really bad traffic jam and we came off the road preparing to get good rest but experienced the total opposite. I feel robbed without a gun. I had to scheduled a emergency visit with my orthopedic for pain management due to severe muscle spasms from climbing up and down 3 flights of stairs for 3 days 2 nights. I would never recommend this to anybody

It was the worst hotel I've been in . I've travelled for 33 years for work and this hotel was the worst ever. .Wyhdom should remove this hotel from their property. It gives the a bad name.

Dissatisfied customer

Let me just start off by saying this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Mildewed tub, tiles that were loose on floor, dust everywhere mildew on dressers. Lamps were full of dust, the bathroom had urine on the toilet seat when we got there went and got cleaning stuff. The air quality was so horrible could hardly breath and relax the moisture from the room felt like the covers were damp. Sheets were dirty had to get clean ones and change them myself. We didn’t even bathe in the room it was just that disgusting we checked out 2 hours early just couldn’t stay there any longer. Told one of the front office clerks about our stay he asked about what room we were in and said he would let the manager know. If you want to be in a clean hotel DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just an overall horrible experience. Michelle the front desk clerk was pleasant.
