Close to the centre of Funchal - Loft Arrifes I

Urban, modern and carefully decorated, this loft is perfect for young couples or a small family.

This friendly and pleasant flat is located in a historic area of the city of Funchal, close to the Fortress of São João Batista do Pico and the Quinta das Cruzes Museum, two of our city's cultural attractions.

This loft consists of a bedroom with good sun exposure and a double bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table. In the same space you'll find a cosy living room, equipped with cable TV, internet and a sofa bed. From this space you have access to the building's interior patio, where you can enjoy your meals in relaxation while enjoying the good weather on the island.

The areas of the flat are accessed via a staircase. The house has a bathroom with shower and a maximum capacity of three people.

AREA
Flat in a building located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Funchal. From here you can visit the main points of interest in the capital of Madeira on foot. It is close to the Cruzes Museum and the Fortress of São João Batista do Pico, public gardens and other attractions and shopping venues.

In the city centre there is plenty of information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There are bus stops near the building.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
