Our excellent serene villa, tastefully furnished with modern amenities, is ideal for a getaway in Funchal. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with all types of cuisines.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads onto a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Funchal is the capital city of Portugal's Madeira archipelago. It's backed by hills and known for its harbour, gardens and Madeira wine cellars. The centuries-old Funchal Cathedral, which mixes Gothic and Romanesque styles, is notable for its carved wooden ceiling. Fronting the harbour is the São Tiago Fortress, built in the 1600s. It now houses the Contemporary Art Museum, with an extensive collection of Portuguese works.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Depois Chão Loba bus stop, is just a 2-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

The alarm system is installed outside the house, but there are no cameras on the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
