Villa Zenha by Atlantic Holiday invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay in Ribeira Brava, Madeira Island. This spacious villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is well suited for families, couples, or groups of friends. It offers four bedrooms: three with queen-size beds and one with two single beds. The house includes three bathrooms with shower and an additional half bathroom for convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cookware, cutlery, and tableware. Guests also have access to a laundry area with washing machine and hairdryer. A smart TV with box and air conditioning ensure comfort during your stay. Baby cot and baby chair are available on request.



Outdoors, the villa features a private pool with beautiful sea views, a barbecue area, and a exterior parking. The space is designed to enjoy the mild climate of Madeira, offering a calm setting where you can spend time together.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning, allowing flexibility for your arrival.



Heated Pool:

Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.

During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
