Room was always spotless thanks to Rabbi who was always on point with the cleaning. The staff was so welcoming and the hotel was near the masjid and most food areas. Would highly recommend this hotel!

1. Super friendly & efficient staff, 2. Excellent facilities, 3. Brand new hotel, 4. Just 1.5 min walk away from Masjid e Nabawi gate 21, 5. Good value for money. One area of feedback: 1. Cleaning was almost perfect but can be a bit improved in terms of removing my dust from the room. Overall had a great stay and would love to go back and stay there. Would strongly recommend to all.

Close to the Prophets' Mosque in the best part of town. Clean room, okay size. Most of the staff is good. The gym is just a sad room with two treadmills, it is misleading. For a high quality hotel, this upgrade is required.
