Well priced and decent quality, but subpar service

The visuals of the place overall were very nice, and the room was good too. The bathroom seemed to be lacking some curtains or similar because water went everywhere when showering which seemed a bit strange (and was taking its toll on the door). The price was also very good compared to the competition. So the only reason why this is not a glowingly positive review is because the service was lacking, here are a few examples: 1. We arrived early, meaning before the stated checkin time and asked if we were lucky enough to get an early checkin, and the response was that we could, if we were willing to get another room than what we had booked and this room would have a door to a potential neighbor. We were thankful for the offer but decided to leave our luggage in storage and then return later. When we returned later, we had to wait for about 30 minutes before our room was ready and we ended up getting the room with the door that we rejected earlier, but we were too tired to complain (and the neighbor seemed pretty quite). 2. On our last day our entry cards simply stopped working and I had to go down to the reception to get them recoded, but I was offered no explanation or apology. In general the staff managing the reception seemed tired and pretty slow, and we were far from the the only customers that were getting poor service (during our 30 minutes wait we noticed several guests coming to the counter and asking what was going on and when they would get their rooms).
