Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Hotel is newly constructed. Rooms were neat & cleaned. Near to Masjid-e-Nabwi. Near to Restaurants and supermarkets But the entrance of hotel is not like a hotel. it was a single door. First i felt that i entered in someone's home. but overall experience is good.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I had to spend a night there after Expedia cancelled my previous hotel booking. At least I managed to get a room and didn’t have to spend the night on the street. However, there were no towels in the bathroom, the floor was dangerously slippery, the flush wasn’t working, and the hotel’s surroundings were not pleasant either.

You dont no the location of the receptionist.there is nobody to attend to the guest .as at the day we are leaving,nobody was in the hotel to see to us leaving.very bad and poor service
