The front desk staff at check in was excellent, very clean, very modern location.

Great location. Clean spacious rooms. Staff was ok, maybe it was an off day or two? But majority of staff I encountered were not great.

We were going to a concert at the Kohl's Center. This hotel was close so we booked it! The staff were great! Valet staff the BEST!! Our rooms were very neat, clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent hotel!!
