This cozy 2 bedroom lake house is fully furnished with all utilities included. It is perfect for a traveling professional that is looking for convenience and access to Monona Bay. Kitchen was just remodeled. Incredible views of the capital and gorgeous sunrises. Walk to SSM St. Mary’s Hospital in five minutes or to Unity Point Health- Meriter Hospital in 15 minutes . Kayak and paddle board will be available for the tenants on the pier right across from the house. New deck in entire front of house to enjoy the beautiful view will be completed prior to August 1.
