The ceiling was rotted it looks like it had a lot of water damage, it took the guy forever to come to the front desk to check us in. As we were leaving there was a giant spider on the inside of the door frame it was all around horrible

So i seen mixed reviews so i gave it a go because it was an emergency situation to go down there. Staff basically acted like we were a bother, had me for a king size smoking room, pretty sure we got a non smoking, which was not a big deal because it was just for my husband who vapes who still went outside anyways. Got to the room to a puddle on the floor limited linens (like not enough for two people) there was spots on the walls and mold on the ceiling. No soap for the sink, no shampoo or anything which was fine because i brought my own. Was gone the whole next day, to my room not being touched or cleaned, which would be fine had the provided more linen. I went to the desk to request some and he asked me if i could bring the old up. Ok fine, then said forget it wait til in the morning.....um ok. I got up to shower the day of check out and my husband found roaches in the bathroom. I stripped the bed before leaving, like i do at all stays, to find the mattress cover with mold spots and stains all over it. They give you a code for the internet which is horrible. The remote for the tv doesnt work so we just watched one station instwad of fighting. Then the gas station with a subway next door, subway, bathrooms, showers, coffee, and fountain was all down because of water issues. The little store like setting at the hotel had a few options.just over all would not stay here again, didnt know the area and it was the closest to where we needed off the interstate. Lesson learned.

The bed was fantastic but that was really the only good thing about it besides being semi clean. I reserved a room a day before that was supposed to be on the bottom floor, when I arrived my room ended up being on the second floor, my tv didn't work, only volume and noise but no picture, my remote for the tv didn't work, I went to the office to tell them and he didn't believe my tv or remote didn't work and said to just get closer to the TV with the remote and that, that was the only room available. I'm pretty disappointed honestly considering I couldn't even watch tv. On top of that the toilet had a toilet paper roll floating in the water and dirty rags on the bedside table. There was no usable telephone in the room it was actually unplugged and inside a drawer of a dresser.

Just wish it was little more newer ways like better bath stuff then what they had when people come in to stay. It makes it easy if the hotel does a little cute little shampoos, and the body wash and all that makes him feel like they’re doing good spending their money later.

Soaking wet floor.

The floor was soaking wet in both the bedroom area and the bathroom. The room was quite humid. The AC ran all night and did nothing to dry the floor.

Nothing was unique about the property! It was old and musky smelling! No coffee pot, no Wi-Fi. I will never stay there again, of course you get what you pay for. we arrived 21/2 hrs early and had to pay an extra $20. to get checked in, even though the room was ready. First timew for that to happen. Usually if the room is ready early chgeck in is okay.

They have many company policies or loop holes to charge you all kinds of extra fees when you get to the office to check in and without any common respect for basic life. They are only concerned about the dollar that they can make right then.

The bed was broken with rods of some sort holding up the matress. The bed sank in the middle and was horrible to sleep on. The door had a huge gap at the bottom alloeing in bugs, and all the smells from oitside the door (cigarette and pot smoke). The room was dirty and nasty. The bathroom walls and door had holes and cracks in it.
