Initially given key to occupied room. When key was returned I was informed they were overbooked and no room available. Since the room was prepaid I was given an invoice and phone number for OYO to get my money back. It’s been a week and other than an email saying I would get a response in 48 hours - nothing.

Hotel was nasty between bed bugs dirty every thing outlets hanging from walls peep holes plugged with tp no smoke detectors in all rooms

This hotel looks like it rents by the hour. The attitude of the front desk person is awful. No coffee pot in a kitchenette room nor in lobby. Do not stay here. It is unsafe and looks like you will come home with bed bugs. Plus she promised me a full refund and then shorted me $50.

A good budget motel. Our room was quiet, clean, and had been renovated from its original 1970’s era roots. The bathroom was small and narrow, but clean and adequate. Beds were clean and very comfortable.

The room smelled really bad and so did the sheets. There was a hole in the wall and the shower. And the bathroom really smelled like urine.

Cheap for a reason

Basic, Dishevelled, worn out. The standard is reflected in the price. Fridge and heater were very noisy, which did not help to get a good night's sleep. Comforter was stained with........id rather not think about it!

I was told i would get my deposit back after my stay as long as the room was in good shape. She gave us an extra 30 min for check out but we were still running late we ended up being a total of an hour later and that was with our extra 30 min. she went to look in the room and said that it looked good and started to walk away when I asked about my deposit she said that she was going to keep the money because we were late checking out.

I was wronged charged and then refused a refund and was told it wasn't thier problem it was management because they were not informed about it, on top of not receiving the room they charged me for

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. But the condition of the room was not great: scratched mirrors, cracked sink, very dirty phone, broken microwave, circular toilet seat on oblong bowl, and the room was freezing for 2 hours while the heater was heating it up and the smell of disinfectant was very very strong when I arrived. I will not stay here again.
