Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Grassland meets city in this newly designed modern unique property. Alameda sits at the heart of Madrid's Ibiza neighborhood. Soak up the Madrid sun at the nearby Retiro Park or dine like a local at one of the many tapas restaurants. When the day is finished, come home to Alameda for absolute indulgence.

With radiant bliss, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home will leave guests in awe. Both bedrooms are completed with comfortable queen sized beds and plenty of storage space. The chic wall decorations round out the rooms and give them an essence of serenity. The bathroom has modern furnishings and a walk-in shower.

The open plan living, dining, and kitchen space is filled with plants and wooden accents to liven up the apartment. Sunlight streams into the space through the wide doors that lead out to the terrace, which offers the chance to take in spectacular views of Madrid. As with all our apartments, Alameda features a dedicated workstation in the living room that is already set up and ready to go. The kitchen is also fully equipped for your convenience.

The building has a doorman for your safety and security. For guests looking to stay a while, Alameda offers one parking space. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.

A security deposit is required for this stay. More details will be provided during the booking process via Airbnb, and the deposit will be collected by the service provider.
