This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Everything was excellent

Everything was excellent. The key was very easy to collect, and the apartment was spotless and well maintained. The location is perfect—close to most of the main attractions and surrounded by great tavernas. The host was always available and communicated perfectly, from arranging the taxi to organizing secure luggage storage when our flight was late in the evening. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful courtesy details they provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. Logging into the property initially was a bit challenging and i saw others trying to log in with same challenge. Perhaps re-examining written directions might help. Cant beat the location. All employees I talked to or met were great. Highly recommend

The space is compact and efficiently designed. The electronic key system is very convenient, and the apartment is newly renovated with a spacious and modern bathroom. Thoughtful details like shampoo, olive oil, sugar, and some coffee pods were provided. The apartment can be completely darkened by closing the blinds. The host was responsive, kind, and proactive throughout the stay. I have no negatives to comment on. Highly recommend!

Posizione eccellente, a piedi si raggiunge Plaza Mayor e Sol, la metro comodissima a Latina o Sol ti permettete di arrivare ovunque. L appartamento ù un monolocale piccolo ma ha tutto quello che serve, cucina attrezzata con grande frigo, macchinetta del caffù e un bagno con doccia grande, tutto pulito. Il balconcino ù un plus, la via dell appartamento ù piena di ristoranti. L’assistenza prima e durante il viaggio ù stata top. Niente

Me.senti em um hotel 5 estrelas!! Tinha muita preocupação com o frio, mas o local é super aquecido, com ågua quente a vontade. Ganhamos vårios mimos, como espumante, cafés, biscoitos. A localização é excelente, eu estava com meu pai de 82 anos e meu marido que tem limitaçÔes para caminhar, então foi importante ter tudo perto. O local nao tem barulho, fiquei de frente para a rua. Perto do local tem onde deixar as malas, usamos e ganhamos descontos. Tudo estava igual as fotos.
