The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was very central but noisy all night until about 6:30 am. It’s the city center so we expected that. It would have been helpful if the kitchen had at least some basics like salt, pepper, paper towels. The check in was a bit rocky because the name of the street was slightly inaccurate on the check in information making it hard to find. Ultimately, the staff was friendly once we connected.

A week in Madrid

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. If you want to be right in the heart of Madrid’s nightlife and walking distance to much of Madrid’s sights it’s the perfect apartment for you. My only complaint is how loud it was at night but if you are partaking in the late late night life you’ll have no complaints.

Great flat in a central location. Communication with LRM was great. The back bedroom overlooks a club/bar that goes until early in the morning. The noise is not noticeable in the other bedroom or the front room, which has a pull-out sofa bed.

I recently stayed in this lovely apartment in Madrid, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay after a day of exploring the city. The living space is cozy, with everything you need for a short stay, and the beds are comfortable. However, the location is a bit of a double-edged sword. If you love Madrid’s vibrant nightlife, you’ll be in the perfect spot—there are plenty of bars and clubs nearby, so you're right in the heart of the action. That said, if you’re someone who’s sensitive to noise, it can get a little loud, especially on weekends. The nightlife vibe definitely carries into the late hours, which might be a bit much if you're a light sleeper.All in all, this apartment is great if you want to experience Madrid’s lively side, but if you prefer peace and quiet, it might not be the ideal spot. Either way, it’s clean, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the city!

This property was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation is that it would be nice if they added a full length mirror. Traveling with three young women who enjoy nightlife and dressing up, they had no way of seeing how they looked other than in the bathroom and that didn’t help much either.

These property’s post should come with a huge caption that says “extremely loud at night, do not book if you want to sleep”. Positive: location near Plaza Mayor and Sol, so it is convenient to walk or go on a quick metro ride to all the main attractions. Apartment seems to be recently remodeled, clean, AC works very well, bathrooms on the smaller side but not bad. Negative: the apartment is located in an area with many bars and clubs and it is facing a small square were many people hang out, bring speakers, and drink alcohol they buy from a small liquor store that is open 24 hours a day and located in the same square. Both night I stayed there were terrible. I literally could not sleep at all. I even tried calling 911 but they told me to call the local police at 012 I believe. I tried but the call did not go through (my phone is American). I finally went down to the street and almost got into a fight when I asked people to turn down the volume on their speakers. I was only able toFall asleep after 7am when the party on the street was finally over. To summarize, if you want to party and stay up all night, book this place. Otherwise, don’t.We also landed at 5:30am, got a cab, etc. I was told to call a specific phone number when I was going to leave the airport. I tried calling and messaging through WhatsApp, but no answer. We got to the address, when I was finally able to connect with somebody. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for somebody to come and open the door for us.
