Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid.

It is a practical and functional 45 m2 apartment for up to 5 guests fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the first floor and the building does not have a lift.



The accommodation features two bedrooms, each with a 135 cm double bed made up with bed linen, as well as storage space for your belongings.



The living room has a comfortable single sofa bed and split air conditioning (hot/cold).



You will also find a dining area for 4 people.



You have a modern bathroom with a shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 5 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so that you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
