It is a practical and functional 20 m² duplex studio apartment fdeal for up to three guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on a street-facing ground floor.



The studio features a 135 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, both with bed linen, electric radiator heating and television.



The single bed is located on a fun mezzanine level accessible via stairs.



You'll find a dining area for 3 people.



There is a modern bathroom with a shower, shower gel and a hairdryer. For greater comfort and hygiene, we've installed an electric hand dryer instead of hand towels. We provide one bath towel per guest, which you’ll find on the beds.



Hot water is supplied by an electric heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs. Please use it responsibly for proper operation.



The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, tableware for 3 people, and other usual utensils. For laundry, there’s a portable clothesline and an iron available.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don’t have to worry about a thing, comforts to make you feel at home!

Misleading posting (this is a 1 bedroom)

This property has pictures of the “living space” and claims to be a 2-bedroom. In actuality this is a one bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. The description of the property does not clearly express this—so I was surprised when I showed up that one bedroom was the room shown on the “living space” pictures. I expected there were actually two bedrooms. Everything else was fine, location was great. Bathroom is very very small, be aware of that.

The property is in a practical and accessible location. The place was clean, well-organized, and quite equipped, although it has little ventilation. The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable; it is very small, especially because the door opens inwards. The hand dryer is too noisy and does not work well. During the stay, only one towel per guest is provided; if you need more, it will be an additional cost/fee. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable, but it is spacious. To get into the apartment, you must go through three doors, the hallway between the first two doors is very dark at night (it needs lighting). The TVs do not work. The staff is courteous, but not attentive; the person who greeted us during check-in was nice, but just gave us the keys and explained to us how to get in/out as well as the rules for check-out. In general, it is a good place to stay, it just needs some improvements.
