Their Exito Madrid team. I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the hotel you are arrange it for us to request reimbursement. The wheel was located office floor, but the elevator was extremely small and old, making it impossible for me to reach the room. Because of this, I was unable to use the accommodation at all when my husband went to the reception to cancel the booking, the staff informed him that they could not help because they reservation had been made it through another company. This left us with no solution and caused unnecessary stress. Since the hotel was not usable for us, I kindly asked that you reimburse the amount I pay. I hope you can resolve this matter friendly, and ensure the future guests do not face similar the difficulties. Sincerely Maria Lopez.
