Their Exito Madrid team. I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the hotel you are arrange it for us to request reimbursement. The wheel was located office floor, but the elevator was extremely small and old, making it impossible for me to reach the room. Because of this, I was unable to use the accommodation at all when my husband went to the reception to cancel the booking, the staff informed him that they could not help because they reservation had been made it through another company. This left us with no solution and caused unnecessary stress. Since the hotel was not usable for us, I kindly asked that you reimburse the amount I pay. I hope you can resolve this matter friendly, and ensure the future guests do not face similar the difficulties. Sincerely Maria Lopez.

From the start of entering the hotel the attendant was amazing. She asked how is my visit and from where I’m visiting from. She even gave me recommendations and offered directions on the store I was attempting to visit but didn’t have much luck with gps. Such a welcoming and amazing experience. Now for the room the view was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Now for my favorite part I couldn’t fathom such an amazing view. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to visit. You will be in the heart of Madrid.

Excellent location, friendly staff, coffee machine was amazing! The air conditioner leaked non-stop and we had to put a bowl and towls under it to catch the water. The shower overflowed evey time it was used and flooded the bathroom, but there was no floor drain, so we had to mop up with towels and placd a towel in the shower to stop the water from pouring out. It's an old building, so those types of inconveniences are to be expected, I share this not to voice disappointment, but to give solutions to avoid frustration.
