Definitely going off the reputation of other Hard Rock hotels. My Sister and I felt like we were intruding on a gay parade, A large group overtook the outdoor relaxing/pool area. I had to go to a public parking lot because they said they had no parking available and I ended up paying fifty dollars for the night. The only nice personnel was the bartender In main lobby and the rooftop. Room was very small I paid over three hundred dollars And definitely was not worth it.

arrived early from US to Madrid - 10:30am. Was able to work in the comfortable lounge space between the reception desk and the bar/resturant in HRC Hotel from 10:30 to 1:30 (check in time was 3pm but they were able to get me a room by 1:30). VERY nice place and well maintained...
