Had a terrible customer service experience here. Checked in to the room in the morning and already realized the hair dryer is broken. I immediately brought the attention to the front desk and they gave me the spare. Later on that night, my girlfriend was trying to use it after she showered, even the spare one didnt work. I brought it down to the front desk and they said they will bring me another one. 30 minutes passed in the room, there was no response no phone call for any updates. I had to go down to the front desk again to which they told me that theres nothing they can do and i have to wait until the morning. No call, no knock on the door, no apologies while my girlfriend’s hair is still wet. A hotel with 3 stars has worse customer service than a motel that costs less.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great central location—easy to catch the train or walk to major attractions. Excellent value, and I’d definitely stay again.

I believe this was the best place to stay in Madrid. Ten minutes from the Palace, market, Flamenco dance, nice dining, metro, bus, etc.

Amazing location and welcoming staff

An amazing location with very helpful, welcoming staff. The beds are very comfy although rooms are a little on the smaller side. Hotel is great overall but will begin to look dated soon. I like that the room received daily servicing - just would have been nice if they’d replenish tea bags!

Great mid-range stay
