Check in: not very friendly. Rude front desk service. Called about our rooms and the agent couldn’t understand what we asked and rudely hung up the phone. I booked 3 rooms and would have expected better assistance. All 3 rooms were different. One room was upgraded but the other 2 were standard and one was much smaller/less spacious. Decorative pillows look cheap and poor quality. No toiletries. Nothing inside the fridge. Bathroom was not cleaned well. There was a ball of hair in the shower. Breakfast: chaotic, rushed, got up from table to grab coffee and my table was immediately cleaned up with food and juice still at table. Felt like we were in a cruise ship. Not at all what we expected for a 4 star hotel. Seems like this hotel is more focused on the rooftop experience than the client experience. Will not be staying there again and will not recommend it.

The roof top is a circus. Everyone could go and it’s absolutely chaotic. The swimming pool is very small and crowded. I guess you can’t expect anything else from such a massive hotel. That will my last stay.

No pudimos hospedarnos , nos trataron muy mal , llegué con mi perro de servicio y toda su documentación exigida , nos discriminaron y hasta nos dijeron que si no abandonábamos el lugar nos iban a llamar a la policía , ustedes en las políticas del hotel dicen que aceptan perros de servicio. Mi perro cuenta 100 % con su documentación. Por algo pudimos entrar al país . Pero como se llevaba acabo una feria en la cuidad y estaba una alta demanda hicieron todo para sacarnos del hotel . Mi peor experiencia y discriminación por parte de todo el personal hacia nosotros. Luego me dijeron que ya ellos se habían comunicado con ustedes y les habían echo reembolso . Fue horrible la verdad . MI PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE TANTOS AÑOS DE VIAJE CON USTEDES .

The elevator system could go with some improvements. We also had no access to the rooftop due to two days of private functions. Otherwise the hotel was really nice and its location quite superb.
