Justicia Apartment I by Flatsweethome: 'Located in the trendy and elegant Justicia district, this recently refurbished two-bedroom flat comfortably accommodates up to five people, and is situated in one of Madrid's most cosmopolitan neighborhoods, where traditional Bourbon architecture meets vibrant street life that buzzes from day to night. A stone's throw from the very centre of Madrid, Chueca is bordered by the alternative Malasaña district to the West and the upscale Salamanca neighborhood to the East.
The apartment is a gorgeous loft conversion and located in newly-renovated building. It is positioned on the outer second floor and has wooden floors throughout which lend cosiness to each room. With its interior expertly designed with the 60s in mind, this apartment oozes out chic minimalism and also enjoys an abundance of natural light with its five balconies. Justicia Apartment is the ideal choice for a family looking to stay in a flat that combines both comfort and style in an emblematic neighborhood.'

Everything was great until three days before we left the elevator was out of order. We really needed the elevator and that was one of the reasons I booked it. We are in our 80âs and had to climb 50 stairs even though we were on the 2nd floor. If it hadnât been for Elaina and the lady who came to clean and they carried our three heavy suitcases down the stairs we never would have made it. As we were waiting for our Uber to go to the train station the men fixed it. Very bad timing on our part but we had to leave by 10:45 so we wouldnât miss our train to Barcelona. Old age is really hard. My husband had so much trouble getting our bags on and off our train, Where are young strapping men when you need them?
But back to the apartment, it was beautiful, fully equipped and immaculate. I tried to leave it exactly as we found it except for the sheets which I stripped and the used towels. I would definitely recommend it as long as the elevator was working which Iâm sure it will be, just bad luck on our part. Gabriel was very helpful as was Lily.
