This new methodology of ownership without reception is quite a challenge when one is on vacation and the internet connection is limited, this is something that this type of properties must definitely improve.

Communication was a horror story. The apartment was great and the location was ok too, however they changed the location from the original reservation.

The property was ok, clean, had supplies in the kitchen, very centric, good connection to the Wi-Fi, but if you live outside of Europe you will need an adaptor to charge your devices.

Wonderful place in a wonderful neighborhood

Great apartment in a wonderful, non-touristy yet central neighborhood. Lavapies is busy and packed with wonderful restaurants and bars. The apartment was quiet and immaculate, with (miracle of miracles) a comfortable sofabed in the living room. Even my 10-year-old daughters slept the whole night in their own bed. Just a ten-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and right next door to the Museo del Prado and the Reina Sofia, we would happily stay here again.
