This stunning apartment has been recently renovated while preserving the original features of the building, such as the wooden beams. Madrid Plaza is completely exterior-facing, offering views of Plaza de la Provincia and the Palacio de Santa Cruz.

Madrid Plaza is fully equipped to make your temporary stay in Madrid unforgettable. It features two bedrooms with two double beds, wardrobes, and a safe, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic cooktop, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils.

The living room has a large sofa, perfect for enjoying a movie or TV series on the large flat-screen television.

Apartment amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels.

The building where the apartment is located has been completely renovated, but it does nothave an elevator, so access is via the staircase.

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios. Transfer to Line 6 towards Luceroand get off at Cuatro Caminos. There, transfer to Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Solstation and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Solstation and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín Station:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Solstation and walk to the provided address.

THE FINE PRINT

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
