This property is right next to Plaza Mayor, which will be incredible for some and annoying for others, since it is right in the center of the tourist area. A little bit of noise at night from the surrounding area, but not too distracting and wasn't disruptive to my sleep. A great room with a comfortable bed.

Loved the location! Loved the hotel! It does have it's small tiny issues here and there because it's a 400-year old hotel, but overall a lovely one. I will definitely go back because of how cute it is and it's proximity to some damn good places to eat.

Perfect location in Madrid

The hotel was located centre of Madrid, right next to Placa de Mayor. They have beautiful staircase, old building with modernised room. Staff was very friendly. They serve very good breakfasts.

Property is beautiful and staff very attentive. The reason for poor reviews is due to since I arrive late night there was no toiletries in the room. There was a sign in the elevator to call reception and request it if you need them but at such late night I just want to take a shower and rest. For must all other this is a great place to stay

Dear Elba,First of all thank you for taking a few minutes to share with the entire Expedia community your opinion after your recent stay at Petit Palace Posada del Peine.Thank you for the comments you have made about the hotel and the treatment received by the team, our goal is to make you feel at home and we do not understand a better way to try to do it than with the best possible treatment and a hotel as comfortable as possible.We are sorry that due to the lack of traditional amenities in the room, your stay was not 100% satisfactory. Since before the pandemic we joined the European Union project for a Sustainable Tourism thanks to a Circular Economy, which implies a drastic reduction in the consumption of paper and plastics, main components of the traditional amenities, which we replaced by the Gel, Shampoo dispensers. Soap, Softener and Body Milk that you have found in the bathroom. As you say, the hotel still has stock of the traditional amenities but, indeed, you have to ask for them at reception where we will give them to you free of charge.Thank you very much, best regards,Iñaki GalveHost Petit Palace Posada del Peine

El personal muy atento, el lugar super céntrico. Cuidado con los carteristas y recordar que, por la localización, puede ser un poco “ruidoso”.
