Great location and beautiful room. When arrived, staff was not at the front, had to wait with no one around. When staff were asked to print a ticket, they did not communicate that they needed more information. But other than that, everything else was great.

The hotel was great. The Alfonso Martinez metro entrance is right by the hotel. There is a convenience store nextdoor and several restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed comfy. My only complaint is there isnt or I couldnt find a fan in the bathoom for ventilation. Therefore, when i showered the steam fogged up the bathroom and room. It made it hot and humid.

Muy bueno hotel en el centro de la cuidad, aproximadamente 10 minutos caminando de la Gran vía. El personal del hotel muy atento y amable. El área es excelente ya que está cerca de todo pero en un lugar tranquilo. Acceso al metro y a los buses a menos de 2 minutos caminando. El hotel no es muy grande, es un hotel de ciudad. El desayuno buffet muy rico, bien presentado y la comida de excelente calidad. Las habitaciones no eran muy grande pero eran cómodas, el baño era de muy buen tamaño con agua BIEN caliente y en invierno es buenísimo. En overall excelente hotel económico.

Customer service was excellent and the personal touches by the staff was wonderful. Camino, wait staff at breakfast, and cleaning staff, really went above and beyond. They provided personal touches during the holiday time. We appreciate it! Breakfast excellent, location excellent, right next to metro stop that is centrally located. Front desk - helped us whenever we need help. Great place to stay and recommend.
