Ideally Located

The Chamartín district is located in the northern part of the city. This upscale neighborhood is ideal for newcomers. Chamartín takes its name from Chamartín Market, a 1,600-square meter indoor arcade that is perfect for gourmands. Visitors can shop for fresh fish, meat and produce along with pâtés and other specialty food items. Given the proximity to the market, it's no wonder that Chamartín has wonderful restaurants and imaginative bars and cafes. The area is also home to the National Auditorium of Music, home of the national orchestra. Another key neighborhood landmark is Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, where the football team Real Madrid plays, and also the District’s proximity to the business center Las Cuatro Torres.
Madrid's dynamic Ciudad Jardín neighborhood is the site of Berlín Park, a large greenspace with plenty of greenery as well as several sections of the Berlin Wall and an amphitheater. The neighborhood has wonderful dining, with a range of international options, and a hopping bar scene.

A security deposit of €2340 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
