Room was nice

The building was difficult to g t into as no staff were present on our arrival despite providing our arrival time. When we finally did get to our room it was fine. Nice bathroom and adequate furnishings. The hallways and steps though were not very clean, not very welcoming and very dark

Room was compact, but was modern, nice, clean and the king bed was comfortable. Staff people were helpful. A great location for exploring central Madrid. Good value! Would recommend!

Nice place to stay in the heart of Chueca
Posted Nov. 6, 2023 on HotelsThis hotel is a nice place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Chueca. The street noise may be too much for some. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not very large. The service was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was supper nice and helpful.

Great property! In the middle of the Madrid. You can walk anywhere. Only a little old entrance but everything else very good

The room was small, but comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The entrance is deceiving, not welcoming at all, I must say I felt a little disappointed, but all that changed, first, when I was greeted by the receptionist and the way she took care of my check-in, and then, when I entered the room. All staff members at this location were very attentive and willing to serve, very happy with their service!!!

Very comfortable. We were in the family room with a king bed and bunk beds. It was very roomy for 3 people.

The entrance was scary specially as the lights leading up to the elevator kept going off!
