Though the room is renovated, it was not very clean. The bedsheets had stains. It's ok for a night.

If you want to be right by the Grand Via and not pay heavily, this is good value. The room was clean and acceptable, though short on storage space. Internet connection was spotty our entire time - it was impossible to connect in the mornings and the rest of the time it was slow and unreliable. Also, they only provided one set of keys, which made it quite challenging to have two travelers on different schedules at any point during our stay.

Posted Dec. 4, 2019 on HotelsThe room was good, nice beds and comfortable. In the stairs there was orine (pis) and smell so bad... other than that the personal was very good and kind and is location location!!!!

Right at the center of Madrid
Posted Dec. 3, 2019 on HotelsExcellent location, near to main shopping district. Leaning more towards a hostel style. Room is small but adequate. Good hot shower in cold weather! Complimentary breakfast available at the communal kitchen where all the guests have access to 24/7. Check in was smooth, staff was friendly and approachable. Great stay!

AMAZING! Excellent location, friendly staff and vlean/newish from inside. I would highly recommend
Unfortuantely we only had a day in Madrid but staying in this place saved us a lot of running around
They were very accommodating for us . We will return
