Chambre élégamment décorée style colonial
Déjeuner type continental très pauvre en choix
Piscine un petit peu décevant, manque de zones ombragées pour la détente, petite et l eau était trouble

Publié le 27 juill. 2018 sur ExpediaL hôtel est très propre et moderne, Les chambres sont très agreables, il est un peu loin du temple Mais si l on est vehiculé ce n est pas un problème ou facile d y aller en Tuk Tuk pour un faible coût. Un bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est très indien Et La salle de restaurant qui n est pas des plus accueillante mais cela ne m empêcherai pas d y retourner.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel with family including parents.
This is a good hotel. It has lift facility.
Parking is good.
Auto is easily available from right next to the hotel.
There is not much food options available near the property, but hotel restaurant is quite good.
Breakfast options were also quite nice.
Hotel staff was polite and helpful.

This time - Royal Disappointment
Publié le 4 oct. 2023 sur HotelsWe booked The royal suite -the most expensive room in the JC RESIDENCY but to our surprise there was nothing Royal about it except the massive size of room. Everything else in the room was ordinary,especially the lights in the room were extremely Dim,dull and boring.
Last year in the same hotel, we booked Heritage Room last December, it was amazing, extremely clean, comfortable and well lit.
So, if you want to book a room, either book Deluxe or Heritage types of rooms and nort Royal suite.
Regarding Staff, it was again not so good experience this time compared to last time which was really good.
Staffs now are more worried about the Reviews/rating and kept asking to remember their name and put it in while reviewing.
Overall, disappointing experience at JC.

Felt like staying in an historical palace. Artworks are amazing. Spacious room, bathrooms etc. Staff were very courteous and they allowed us to do late check-in and late check-out to accommodate our schedule.

The hotel is located in an ideal location. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Mr.Rajesh in the restaurant section.
