Thailands worst, DEPRESSING, terrible staff

THAILANDS WORST VALUE. What a old dump = no change in 25 years. Antique 1920 two prong electric plugs = Dangerous. Antique water systems, NO WIFI in room and rarely on the first floor. = they have Wifi you don't. I SPEAK FLUENT THAI = they don't understand the simplest things. Staff is worthless. They barely know RESERVATION. Breakfast = hard boiled eggs and wieners and cold Thai food and bitter coffee. No hot water for less than a $90 room. No hand towels and tiny bath towels. DEPRESSING. No soundproofing = Barking dogs, crowing chickens. Good hotel for hill tribe farmers. Hard beds. IF I TOLD MY TRUTH = Hotels.com would never print it.

The nearest to the Border Gate

I stayed this Hotel several times last 15-years. The hotel is still OK, but not up-dated. I'm afraid about the number of tourist in Mae Sai area is decreasing?

侵入注意！！

部屋の奥にナゾのドアがあり、どうやら元々は隣の部屋とつながっていたよう閉鎖されてはいるものの、無理矢理開こうとすれば開くことができてしまうヤワな構造事実、隣人がドアをガチャガチャさせてこっちに入ってこようとしました！自分が部屋にいたからいいものの、いなかったらまちがいなく侵入されてました

私の部屋はWiFiは弱かったです部屋からミャンマーが一望できましたボーダーの近くなので、モトサイやトゥクトゥクもホテルの近くに待機しています。

What a mastodont , but that was also all

The Hotel was way to expensive for what you get! This is a run down Hotel with water leaking from the roof when the rain started. The swimming-pool was not usable because it was so dirty. There was no hot water in the shower, and there was cockroaches in the bathroom.The staff, expect the luggage man, looked like it was just a hassel that the guest arrived at the hotel, they could barley put away there mobile phones.

Convenient , clean & comfortable

The staffs are friendly & the location of the hotel is just near to Mae Sai Thai/Myanmar Border & Mae Sai market, convenient for food & shopping. I have been lodging in Wang Thong for many times and this hotel been improving from time to time.For foreigners, there're some communication difficulties as almost all the staffs here don't speak English.

ミャンマー国境のすぐ近くにあり便利な場所です。大きなホテルの割には、朝食の品数が少ない。少々古いが価格を考えれば満足できる。

Hotellet er meget slidt, morgenmaden var ikke god, alt der normalt er varmt var koldt og dugene på bordet var meget snavset, personalet var rigtig søde. Vi havde det billigste værelse som var meget snavset, håndvasken sad ikke fast på væggen, da jeg stod og rørte ved den faldt den ned på gulvet og smadrede. Hele hotellet trænger til en renovering, vi vil ikke anbefale nogen dette hotel

Tällä Hotellilla on hyvä hinta / laatusuhde , miusta hinta jos yövyt täällä, sijainti on paras mahdollinen Mae saihin tutustumiseen ja Burmassa vierailuun, mutta tätä loistohotellia ei ole kunnostettu sitten rakentamisen jälkeen ( harmi ) henkilökunnan koulutus on myös unohdettu ja kaikki on rempallaan. Jos tämä hotelli olisi kunnostettu ja henkilökunta koulutettu, niin hinta voisi olla moninkertainen, mutta nyt on edullista yöpyä..

美賽地區的住宿選擇並不多，hotels.com是翻成王松飯店，但正確名稱該是皇宮飯店看得出飯店當年的豪華，服務與安全性，若考慮費用，這飯店算是CP值相當高的。在美賽地區似乎也找不到更超值的飯店。我們對這飯店是相當滿意，又位在閘口附近，吃飯購物也方便，房間很大，但老舊，維修清潔度都尚可。

団体さん御用達ホテルでした？

立地条件は～、何をするにも何処へ行くにも超便利です！。大半が団体客ばかりで、ホテルもその様な対応に答えるホテルでした。部屋は季節的にファンルームにしたので小汚い別館で、狭くて窓も小さく超シンプルなゲストハウス並み～、寝るだけと割り切れば十分です。朝食は品数少ないブッフェですが、味は悪くないですよ！、お腹一杯食べれます。また、wifiはロビーや本館は問題なく使えますが、ファンルームは不可でした。

An improve experience

The hotel having a new lady manager; active and helpful. The hotel conditions and staff performance is very much improve compare to my last stay. The overall staff English ability are still relatively weak but basic communication is not a problem. Overall it's a pleasant stay.

Old hotel but provides all that is needed.

Three night stay with no problems. Closest hotel to the Myanmar border crossing which is very easy to cross to the market. Pool is just across the alley. Pool is clean but area is ring down.

古いホテル

デラックス・ミャンマービューの部屋に泊まりました。古いホテルです。写真とは違い、全体的にくすんでいます。友人の部屋はバスタブがありましたが、私の部屋はありませんでした。朝食はパン以外食べられるものがありませんでした。衛生的な面でゲストハウスに泊まれない私にとっては、許容範囲ギリギリでした。レンタルバイクは「20.443942,99.877937」にあるBampoo Houseというレストランのママさんから借りられます。ホテル周辺のゲストハウスを幾つかあたったり、バイタク2人に聞いたりしましたがみんな「メーサイでバイクは借りられない」と答えたものの、最後に聞いた初老のバイタクが連れて行ってくれました。

Hotel has very poor check in service

Upon checking into the hotel, the hotel staff told me there is no records found from my booking reference. I spent for more than half an hour locating the contact number and managed to call the customer service of hotel.com. The staff promised to resend the notification of my booking via email to the hotel but never honour their promise. After a few hours, I went back to the hotel and one of the hotel staff told me she managed to find my booking records and I managed to checkin. There is after so much trouble and time wasted.

Good Location

The hotel is just next to the border. The facilities are adequate for the price of the room (with fan). Very slightly pricey (relatively, e.g. compared to Bangkok) but you get what you paid for. Nevertheless the room comes with a very simple breakfast.

Enough for one night

Positives: Great location right beside the the Thai - Myanmar border. Adequate sized twin room. Staff were friendly despite their lack of English. There was no luggage storage so they offered to leave our bags behind the reception desk. Negatives: Room was outdated but the bathroom was nice. Swimming pool was dirty. No wifi in the room, only in the public area. Breakfast was terrible, there was ants everywhere. The only thing I enjoyed was the cold fried egg.

Convenient Location

I am please with the services from front desk as they provide fast and user friendly check in process and check out process. The staffs are helpful and friendly. This would one of the most convenient hotel to stay in and it’s reasonably cheap. Room is clean and it’s convenient with plenty of shops and 7-11 around. At night, the night bazaars with plenty of food stalls are just a stone throw away. You can also get a dirt cheap foot massage at the bazaar.It’s value for money. Only 1 negative point out of all is the water pressure for water heater is extremely low; it's no issue during summer but should it's at winter; it will not be so nice when temperature drop below 15 C. Apart from the water heater; this would be a good place to stay.
