Very noisy morning cleaning staff. Literally yelling in the hallway to each other a few hours before check out. Uncontrollable AC. It was controlled by the building mgmt and it was too hot. Could not open the window for relief. Mechanical noise all night long too. Parts of the hall smelled like rotting eggs.

APA Hotel Takasaki-Ekimae is a very clean, comfortable and convenient hotel, just a minute`s walk from the JR Station. I`d happily stay there again.

Very comfortable overnight stay
Very nice, comfortable, convenient hotel. I stayed overnight in Takasaki and I would recommend it without hesitation. Check-in was friendly and fast, the room was in excellent condition and I slept very well. Plus they have an English language news channel (BBC) which not all hotels in Japan have. The buffet breakfast was decent value too.

Great business hotel with nice onsen. Ideal location a one minute walk outside Takasaki station with plenty of malls and places to eat.
