Enjoy amazing views from this stunning log cabin that sits at 4,200 ft elevation in the gated community of Smoky Mountain Retreat. Kozy Kabin will make you feel right at home and ready to unwind. The cabin is 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms with loft home. This is a true log home with amazing floor to ceiling windows, which allows you to take in the dramatic mountain views and you will feel like you are in a treehouse with the old growth tree canopy. The sleeping areas will accommodate several families. Three king bedrooms, 4 twin beds and a queen Murphy bed in the loft area. This cabin provides main floor living. There is easy access to the main entrance right off the driveway. The newly remodeled in 2023 kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to stay in and cook an amazing meal and enjoy relaxing at the cabin. Our guests will appreciate the privacy that this cabin provides. The owners of the cabin own the adjoining lots on either side. The cabin sits in the middle of three fully wooded lots that are owned with the home and left vacant for a wonderful private feel. Enjoy dining al fresco in the screened in porch right off the kitchen or bring your morning coffee or evening glass of wine and sit on a rocking chair on the open-air deck and take in the view. A brand new and extra-large covered deck is sure to impress. It provides a hot tub, gas grill, a large screen TV and a living room area. There is Skyrunner high speed wi-fi that works throughout the cabin. The cabin has Dish TV on the three TV’s. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room.

Main Level: Living Room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large screen TV with Dish network, a large dining table that can seat up to 12, two reclining sofas and a kitchen island that serves as a breakfast bar.
King bedroom has attached master bathroom with shower and a large soaking tub and a double sink vanity.
The well-appointed kitchen provides all you would need to prepare a delicious meal. There is a Keurig for your morning coffee.

Upper Level: Loft provides a queen Murphy bed, a TV with Dish network, a sofa, and a few recliners to grab a book and retreat to another cozy spot. A second King bedroom with a twin bunkbed is on this level. There is a full bathroom on this level as well.
The third king bedroom is privately located over the garage side of the cabin. It has a King Bed with two twin beds and an attached full bathroom and is a great location for the early riser or late nighter in your group. It is also nice for the family with young children.
There is a laundry room/mud room with utility sink right off the garage entrance.
The half bath is conveniently located downstairs off the main entrance.
This cabin is a favorite of many renters and has enjoyed several repeat visitors. Book early as this cabin has limited availability.

As you enter this beautiful 1,000-acre gated community, you will be greeted by cascading streams, a picnic area and large playground, all accessible to our guests. This property is in the exclusive log home community known as Smoky Mountain Retreat. The community is private, gated and the roads are fully paved. You will be provided a gate code for accessing the two gated entrances. One leading to Maggie Valley and the other to Waynesville. There are several very nice grocery stores located in the town of Waynesville. Or experience some of the local eateries which are absolutely a tasteful delight.

Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer either 1/8 cord for $80, or 1/4 cord for $100. Please order ahead before your arrival.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.
