In my search parameters, I put down that I had a party of 5, and the search results indicated that the king suite would work for me. We arrive, and the room has only a king bed and sofa. I asked the front desk worker for extra blankets and they argue with me that the room is only for 3 (no argument there) and extra blankets cost more. Because it was late and my 30 minute argument was only going in circles, I accepted the $60 for the extra bedding and left after the first night of our 2 night stay. The front desk person assured me that my 2nd night was canceled and would be refunded. That did not happen and I'm on the hook for 2 nights for a 1 night stay and $60 extra for blankets because their listing is flawed. Finally, Expedia support got involved, but claim that they could not do anything about this. I expect more from Expedia when I run into this kind of trouble. Completely unaccepted experience, with extremely rude management having zero interest in the satisfaction of their guests. The property was also in disrepair (no surprise). Avoid this one.

They appeared to be in the middle of remodeling or updating some areas. The breakfast was very limited in choices. Close to restaurants and shopping but can be difficult to get in and out of parking lot, major very busy road.

I stay in a lot of hotels for sports travel, including other La Quintas, and this one was particularly bad. The room was in terrible condition. Very worn and outdated. Drapes torn to shreds, carpet and linen replacement way past due. Large floodlight all night on one side of building. Lots of traffic noise. Almost every piece of equipment in the gym was broken, it might as well have been closed. I do not recommend.

Stayed here as part of a wedding block, so I wouldn’t have chosen it to begin with. Hotel smelled. Felt dirty. Sofa couch was stained and horribly uncomfortable. This place needs some cosmetic attention.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property is very dated, and the conditions were unacceptable. Our first room on the 4th floor was infested with roaches, and the entire floor had a strong odor of urine and mold. We requested a room change and were moved to the 2nd floor, but that room was overwhelmed with the smell of bug spray, making it equally uninhabitable. We ended up leaving the hotel and were told we would receive a refund due to the situation. However, we are still waiting for that refund to be processed. The only good thing I can say is the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.
