Charmante maison

Très jolie villa avec un jardin clos de mur, très agréable à vivre en famille. La maison est bien équipée et le propriétaire est très disponible. L’emplacement est parfait, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la médina. Nous recommandons cette maison !

Belle maison et beau jardin.

Belle maison propre et fonctionnelle. Très beau jardin. Tout est ok. Propriétaire très disponible. Il faut prévoir l'électricité en plus. Petit inconvénient C'est la fermeture de l'eau de la ville entre 21h00 et 05h00 il faut mettre en route la.pompe de la réserve privée et celle ci est bruyante. Le plus gros désagrément est là propreté des plages à proximité de la Maison, nous avons été obligés de prendre la voiture pour aller vers les plages près des hôtels dans la zone touristique. Si ce n'était pas là propreté des plages je relouerais sans problème cette maison mais malheureusement Mahdia , qui était, pour nous, nickel il y a quelques années, est devenue vraiment sale.

De bonnes vacances ...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ; très agréable, bien située et proche de tous commerces. La médina (vieille ville) et les plages sont à proximités et la ville en elle-même est très agréable ainsi que ces habitants. Nous sommes vraiment au calme et le lieu est très reposant. La terrasse accompagnée de son jardin est grande et bien pensée. Les bougainvilliers, jasmin et autres arbres apportent leurs touches de couleurs et parfument l’ensemble. Tous les repas y sont agréables à prendre surtout les grillades de poissons frais. Bon accueil du propriétaire. La maison est propre et dispose de tout ce qu’on a besoin et les enfants (3) sont à leurs aises et s’y amusent en toute sérénité. Nous recommandons cette location et y retourneront surement. Famille SAHLI Rq : d’un point de vue architecturale et domotique la maison est très bien pensée et très bien construite.

Très belle maison pour les vacances

Une maison très bien située et bien équipée. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le calme malgré que la maison soit au centre-ville. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et lieux propres à notre arrivée. Je recommande cette location et je pense y retourner.

Maison très agréable et bien située, proche de la vieille ville et des plages, les commerces sont à proximité. L'endroit est très calme et l'espace extérieur vraiment charmant. À notre arrivée les lieux étaient très propres et bien entretenus, l'accueil très aimable. Nous avons passe un excellent séjour à mahdia et nous recommandons cette location.

un soutien aimable!!

La maison, particulierèment la cuisine est très bien equipée! Malgré la maison est située au milieu de Mahdia, il n´existe pas de bruit de la ville!! Un arbre olivier et un palmier se trouve dans le jardin. Le propriètaire nous a beaucoup aidé avec le transport pour aller à l´aéroport.Merci pour ce séjour agréable!!

Une ravissante maison, impeccable, à l'ombre des bougainvillées, dans un quartier très calme, et pourtant à deux pas de la vieille ville, des magasins et des restaurants. De bons lits pour bien dormir, de bonnes chaises longues pour la sieste, un accueil charmant, et en prime, Mahdia! Un séjour de rêve.

Soggiorno a Mahdia

Magnifica struttura ristrutturata con cura. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Nella casa c'è veramente tutto, dal forno microonde al phon, dalle tovaglie pulite alla biancheria! La cucina è ben attrezzata. La parte esterna è molto bella e ben curata, sicura per i nostri bambini che hanno potuto sgambettare in tutta tranquillità. L'ospitalità dei proprietari è ottima, gente molto brava e disponibile. La locazione è ottima per girare la città vecchia ed andare al mare, al mercato, al panificio e in giro per il centro di Mahdia. All'interno del giardino abbiamo potuto sistemare, in tutta sicurezza, il rimorchio dell'auto che abbiamo portato con noi. Veramente una gran bella vacanza!

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Schönheit

"Das Haus ist wunderschön und entspricht ganz den Fotos. Es liegt versteckt am Ende einer kleinen Gasse und ist absolut ruhig, obwohl es sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Mahdia liegt. Markt, Supermarkt, alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs, Cafes und sogar der Strand liegen quasi um die Ecke und sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sogar Schuhputzzeug sowie Nadel und Faden (die uns gute Dienste geleistet haben), sind vorhanden. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, sogar Auflaufformen, Backbleche und Knoblauchpresse gibt es: Für tunesische Verhältnisse ganz außerordentlich! Der Besitzer hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Er wohnt in der Nähe, gab uns viele Tips und ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, wenn nötig. Wir waren ganz für uns und haben den wunderschönen Garten, die tolle Außendusche und den Komfort des Hauses sehr genossen. Daher geben wir dem Haus und dem Besitzer die volle Punktzahl."

"Our group, a mixture of ...

"Our group, a mixture of 6 internationals, stayed at this wonderful home for 3 days over the Eid holiday. Even though most of the surrounding attractions were closed due to the holidays, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; chilling in the cool living room fully equipped with satellite and WIFI, cooking in the very well equipped kitchen, eating alfresco in the beautiful patio/garden (complete with pomegranate and olive trees), enjoying the sunset on the roof overlooking the neighbourhood and then settling down for a good night's sleep in the comfortable bedrooms. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in Tunisia and a home from home in Mahdia then this is the place to be. We thank the wonderful landlord and landlady for their kindness and we hope to stay at their lovely home again very soon. "

"Das Ferienhaus ist idyl...

"Das Ferienhaus ist idyllisch gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und nett ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr nett. Er hat uns etwas in den Kühlschrank gestellt und uns ein leckeres Abendessen vorbereitet. Da wir mit drei kleinen Kindern gereist sind, haben wir uns besonders gefreut, dass er uns eine nette Dame besorgen konnte, die uns im Haushalt geholfen hat und uns lecker bekocht hat. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Allerdings muss man gerne vom Hahn geweckt werden (aber nur in einem der Zimmer laut zu hören). Wir hatten wirklich einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub."
