room far too small

the room had great AC . however the room was far too small for 3 people to stay in for 4 nights .

Great location and price

Basic hotel. Do it yourself for the most part. Good location from Europark. Has all the necessities. The price was great for the location.

Could have clean and replaced the towels

Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

Positiv: - Nähe zum Europa Park - Preis und Übernachtung ok für eine Nacht Hätte besser sein können: - Sauberkeit Zimmer (zwei Popel an der Wand, Handtuch fleckig, an der Kopflehne vom Bett hat man noch die Abdrücke von den Gästen davor gesehen —> es wird somit nicht überall einmal drüber gewischt) - Bett ok, aber sehr schmal und knarzt bei jeder Bewegung - Möbel auf der Terrasse könnten ebenfalls mal gereinigt werden - es wird eine Gebühr fürs Parken zusätzlich erhoben

Es gibt leider keine volle Sterne Anzahl, da meine jungs super traurig waren,da es kein Hochbett gab,wie auf dem Foto. Eine Matratze lag leider einfach nur auf dem Boden, wie rein geschmissen, da sie sonst nirgendwo gebraucht wurde. Personal super. Frühstück für den Preis super gut.

Checkin ok, Zimmer sehr sauber, viele Parkplätze, alles in allem Gut, Service Miserabel! Während meines Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel am 16.–17.01.2025 war ich äußerst unzufrieden mit dem Umgang bei der Ausstellung meiner Rechnung. Entgegen Ihrer rechtlichen Verpflichtung gemäß § 368 BGB und § 14 UStG wurde mir die Rechnung zunächst verweigert. Dies führte zu erheblichen Verzögerungen und Unannehmlichkeiten. Erst nach längeren Diskussionen und deutlichem Nachdruck wurde die Rechnung ausgestellt – allerdings widerwillig und nicht ohne Fehler (Rechnung eines anderen Gastes bekommen). Das unprofessionelle Verhalten der Mitarbeiterin verstärkte den negativen Eindruck erheblich. Derartige Abläufe sind weder kundenorientiert noch akzeptabel und werfen ein schlechtes Licht auf den Service.
