We had an outstanding stay at the Orida Hotel. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly special. For our son’s birthday, they surprised us with a banner on our door, balloons, and even a cake such a thoughtful touch! Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool was excellent and a real highlight for our family. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options to choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here! Thank your Orida and your wonderful team!

Update rooms & pool area. On the website let people know that are booking that the swimming has kids swimming lessons . Turn down the plate warmer in the restaurant the plates are so hot you could cook your breakfast off it

It's a tired hotel, the pool/spa is the allure for both adults and children but it wasn't all open and often busy with both hotel guests and private members, and we had to queue to get in on one occasion. Also be warned that there are no lifts, so if you're on the first floor you'll be lugging suitcases up the stairs... Staff are pleasant and welcoming but also uninterested in any real issues or concerns (we have two small children, checked in early, and asked to be ground floor closish to the spa - and were declined, probably because of booking through hotels.com). We enjoyed our stay overall despite this, hence the 3 stars as an average review. Restaurant is average but expensive, and top tip you can order it all in the bar without the service charge (which probably doesn't get paid to the hotel staff either).

Room was very good, cleaners very friendly and welcoming more so.than the receptionist. Disappointed to be asked straight away to sign a form in 3 places without even telling me what I was signing for. I did ask & then refused to sign. Also very disappointed to be charged £6 per night for parking.
