My partner and I had a perfect mini getaway at The Blue Heron cabin this past weekend. I would absolutely recommend this A-frame and already have! The cabin is remotely located on a very large piece of property that contains two other A-frames. This cabin in particular sits off to the side and is probably the most private of the three, although they are all very private. The cabin is very easy to find as there are signs that indicate where you need to go. I love that all three A-frames are painted a different colors so you can spot yours easily.Upon arrival, I noticed how clean, modern, spacious, and aesthetic the entire property and inside of the cabin are. The cabins just as the photos describe. Wi-Fi worked like a charm the entire trip, which was perfect for planning out our daily hikes and nightly restaurant visits. We brought our dog, Harvey, who absolutely loved this location. He enjoyed sitting on the dock while I read and drank my morning coffee and my boyfriend did a bit of fishing. He caught three smallmouth bass and kindly released them right away. The cabin has everything you could want, including a fully stocked kitchen, modern and beautiful bathroom, a living room area to relax in, and extremely comfy beds and bedding. Since our dog is a senior, we chose to sleep in the downstairs bedroom, which was incredibly cozy. Thereâs also an upstairs loft queen bed that I bet would be wonderful to see the sunrise in as there is a giant window in view. 10/10
