The hotel itself was beautiful, the front desk was attentive when we called down for anything, at one point our key cards stopped working but it was rectified within 30 mins, they gave us water bottles whenever we requested it also. The bed was soft and the room was very spacious. Unfortunately, the problem came with the shuttle bus, so in order to save your legs, I would take the shuttle bus that the city offers to the Kudi/kuday bus park and then take an uber back to the hotel, we waited for over an hour for one of our shuttle buses to take us back to the hotel.

Had a terrible experience in the Kiswa towers but this place definitely made it up I had to extend two days more ,clean safe and very friendly staff

It was very convenient for me. While I needed a taxi to the Meccan Haram its area is not congested like hotels near the Meccan Haram. Staff was vey friendly.

Everything were exceptional except the transportation The hotel far from Haram and hotel’s bus takes time and unpredictable plus park far away from Haram We managed to rent Uber or taxi to each time going to Haram and was ok Just add to your budget the cost of taxi or Uber to Haram and still I will come to the same place again
