Customer service very poor, they gave me a hard time while checking in, in my booking it showed check in time 12pm but they said that it’s 2pm and made me wait long time even though I was exhausted and tired they didn’t care to help me out. And I booked for a single room with one bed but they put me in a room with four beds in it, even though I was travelling solo.

The staff need an ongoing training, and they need to understand that they are the faces of this business. I am willing to speak to an upper management person. The price is great, the staff just need to understand that is a business environment and should treated that way.
