I am proud of all staff there. Especially front desk receptionist, I remember one name Ahmed Alsugaie. Also special thanks to day and night duty manager Mr. Aloufi Majed and MR. Alharbi Saif. Proud of my country people working there. Keep up all. Dinning also is a mazing especially dinner. One girl there her name Marwah, she standing up all dinning time as cashier and as bartender. Family Stay During Omrah

Very reasonably priced option in Makkah. Excellent hotel with very clean rooms and facilities. Shuttle service needs to be organized though. The hotel needs to establish a safer and a more organized area to pick up and drop off shuttle bus users. All in all great hotel.
