It was a good location about a 10-15 min walk to the main areas. The rooms were a big size an decent view from the window. However could be slightly cleaner, the sheets/pillocases were not completely clean, there was hair on the floor on arrival and the toilet paper was not restocked during my stay

Hotel is ageing but decent for the price paid. Pool facilities are good and basic fitness room. Check in and staff we encountered were great. However, cleanliness could be improved, and the road noise is very high. Maintenance was also being conducted at 2-3am outside our room, I guess this must’ve been unavoidable but also hindered the quality of sleep.

We are familiar with Bayview as we used to stay at Bayview when the kids were much younger. After more than 15 yrs we are back at Bayview. I like the huge, cosy & clean room. The beds are comfortable & rooms renovated. I'll stay at Bayview again, just that if u love shopping, may not find the location convenient as the big malls are not within walking distance.

Great value for money

This is, in the whole, a lovely property which gives excellent value for money. All staff are friendly, enthusiastic and kind. It is within walking distance of the center of Malacca, has several eating options on site as well as convenience stores and a restaurant very close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the room (especially the bathroom) is a bit tired and the bathroom was not wiped over daily as part of room servicing. Still an excellent option for the price and i would happily stay there again.

Good budget hotel

Good budget hotel for the price and location. The King size bed room had a musky smell so I asked to change room but it was to a twin single since other King size rooms were fully booked

Good budget hotel

Budget hotel good for the price and location. The King bed room had a musky smell (which was strange considering the hotel had supposedly undergone renovation back around 2019) so I asked to change to another room but reception could only find a twin single still available (due to CNY season). I checked and accepted since it did not have that musky smell
