The window in my room can't be closed tightly. Hence it was terribly noisy for the whole night as car passby all the while.

Memuaskan dlm keadaan sederhana saja. Ada ruang utk diperbaiki dari segi layanan & kemudahan yg seharusnya diberikan. Contohnya parking kereta hanya diberikan kupon parking semasa check in pada waktu tgh mlm utk dipaparkan sendiri oleh tetamu, sedangkan biasa nya dilakukan oleh pihak pengurusan hotel. Jika ini dibuat seolah-olah pihak pengurusan hotel tidak menghormati kehadiran tetamu yg menginap. Dgn kata lbh mudah ‘not wellcome.
