Clean not fancy
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel does not have fancy furnishings and the junior suite has a very small bathroom. The shower cubicle was leaking water onto the outside floor, making the bath mat wet. We think it is either the grout or the glass seal that lets water seep out. What we like is that the place is clean and the housekeeping staff do a good job, cleaning the rooms.

Can you sort out the breakfast food temperature.
Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HotelsGood. The front desk would benefit from some extra training. Overall it was reasonable. There was a funny smell in the gym. The breakfast hot plates only had one burner under two trays so naturally my breakfast was like warm at best 3 days on the run. I even told them in day two so they had the opportunity to rectify this and chose not too. Instead I had to get the chef to warm my food in the microwave.
