The property takes it name from the street, Pozos Dulces, the freshwater wells that provided water to the many convents in the area.



This singular property is located in a traditional Andalusian building with charming interior patios full of colourful local plants.



The apartment is built on two different floors:



On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom with plenty of closet space and a full bathroom with shower.



The open-plan living and dining room area features tall ceilings and windows that give onto a picturesque winding street dating back to Muslim times.

You will find a couple desks to use as a working or reading space.



The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything one could dream of in a holiday home including a washer and dryer.



A spiral staircase leads you to the upper floor where you will find a quaint rooftop terrace with comfortable outdoors furniture to enjoy dinner al fresco or to chill out under the shade.
