Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Ich war fĂŒr 2 Wochen Anfang MĂ€rz im Apartment im 2. OG und kann die Ferienwohnung zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, hat alles, was es braucht und der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Um diese Jahreszeit ist auch noch nicht so viel Tourismustrubel und ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit und buche immer wieder gern bei Juan. Alles Notwendige ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und 3 Buslinien fahren ins Zentrum. Ich freue mich schon auf ein Wiedersehen und bedanke mich fĂŒr alles.

Just Wondeful!!

I stayed at the lovely little apartment of Juan for 2 weeks. Juan greeted me when I arrived and escorted me to my new home for the next days. Everything I could have needed and more was ready for me. The apartment was spotless, cheerful and full of sunlight on the top floor balcony. I spent my days checking out Malaga, walking on the seaway directly in front of my apt, having a glass of wine on the balcony with the waves of the Mediterranean crashing right across the street. Immersion into Malaga’s culture

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Juan was attentive from the start and went out of his way to help us secure our luggage the day of our check out. This allowed us to spend one more day in the area and not have to worry about our bags. The rental is directly on the beach, it was very clean, and well stocked with all the items we needed to start our stay. The area is not touristy, but rather immersed in the Malaga culture. There are lots of restaurants along the beach and a very healthy nightlife. It was an amazing visit with the neighboring towns close with a lot to offer. We could not be happier with our stay and Juan was so helpful along the way. We can’t wait to come back.

Het appartement ligt aan een rustig strandje. Het nette appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren hier met een kindje van twee wat zeer goed te doen is. Wij vonden het balkon lekker ruim en vonden de wasmachine met een kindje van twee een luxe. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk. Je kunt stoeltjes en parasols lenen en ze zijn zeer behulpzaam. Met de bus ga je voor 1,30 p.p naar Malaga wat ongeveer een halfuurtje is. Het was een heerlijk plekje en als wij nog eens gaan, gaan wij zeker terug naar dit appartement!

Una semana en una maravillosa estancia frente al mar que repetirĂ© seguro. La situaciĂłn junto a la playa y sus chiringuitos te permiten comer a cualquier hora pescado variado ademĂĄs de otras cosas riquĂ­simas y a unos precios espectaculares. Cerca de comercios y parada de bus que te lleva al centro para seguir disfrutando de esta maravillosa ciudad. Destacar la atenciĂłn del propietario, Juan, que en todo momento ha estado a nuestra disposiciĂłn y nos ha tratado estupendamente. Sin duda, repetirĂ© es sus alojamientos.

Klein, comfortabel appartement

Het appartement ligt pal aan het strand. Parkeren is zeer moeilijk. Je kunt bij Juan Carlos een parkeerplaars in een nabijgelegen (300 m.) parkeergarage huren (€10 per dag). Alle voorzieningen, winkels en restaurantjes zijn dichtbij. Ook Malaga is vlakbij, (20 min. met de auto). Het appartement is klein, maar groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Comfortabel, schoon en compleet. Het terras aan voorzijde is ook prima. Juan is behulpzaam, klantvriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Wij hebben het hier prima naar de zin gehad. Aukje & Jan uit Nederland.

Best location for perfect holidays

We - two adults, one child - had wonderful holidays in El Palo. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped, the view is fabulous and the owner is extremely helpful. Everything is very well organised (arrival, keys, tips for excursions). There are lots of things to do in the area and it is a great spot to start further trips into the countryside or along the coast. We stayed at this apartment already a couple of times before and for sure we will come back again!

A fantastic apartment for a great holiday in El Palo

Casa Tia Antonia is a great apartment for a perfect stay in El Palo. The apartment i s fully equipped and very smart furnished. The terrass with view over the sea is a perfect place för sunbathing, a good breakfast or just to sit and sip at a some Cava in the afternoon. Nearby there are lots of strandtavernas with great and fresh seafood. The prices are remarkably low in comparision to other places. The beach is clean and nice. It is just 5 minutes walk from supermarkets and buses goes every 10 minutes into Malaga. In the mornings you kan have a lovely powerwalk along the beach al the way to Pedregalejo. I truly recommend this place and especially Casa Tia Antonia with friendly and professional staff.

Sehr schönes Apartment, auch fĂŒr den Langzeiturlaub geeignet.

Wir waren vom Apartment begeistert - es fehlte nichts. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit top, Betreuung durch den Vermieter bestens (sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar), Infrastruktur optimal auch fĂŒr den Langzeiturlauber. Den Mietwagen haben wir in der Tiefgarage (200m entfernt) stehenlassen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. DarĂŒber hinaus haben wir den Bus genutzt. Eine Vielzahl kleiner Restaurants entlang der langen Strandpromennade. Das Apartment war trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sauberer Strand. Juan, danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit in deinem Apartment.

Perfect bijou getaway

The property is located in a quiet corner of Malaga directly opposite a lovely beach. The local area is very Spanish and has plenty of small family run bars and restaurants. you can even hire bikes, kayaks and paddle boards for the more adventurous. The apartment is beautifully presented and contains everything you would need and more for a self catering holiday. The host gave us a warm welcome and explain how the apartment works and also gave us details of local attractions and amenities. We enjoyed the Wi-Fi and air conditioning included and definitely the great terrace overlooking the promenade. It is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the real Spain. We look forward to our next visit.

Spotless and completely turnkey. The hosts have thought of everything. The sea views are best from the bottom 2 floors because the trees have grown to obstruct the view from the top floor. I still prefer the top floor because of the tranquility. This is a unique and safe neighborhood that will make you want to return year after year.

El Palo near Malaga

El Palo is wonderful, the beach is across the road from the apartment and the sound of the sea is peaceful. There are plenty of cafe/bars and restaurants along the beach. Plenty to do and Malaga is 20 minutes by bus or if you are energetic you can walk there!! Juan the owner was there to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything about the apartment,local shops,supermarkets, bakeries etc. Juan had organised the taxi to pick us up at the airport and he did the same when we were leaving. He was very helpful, a lovely pleasant man. The apartment was very well decorated and clean and bright. There was toiletries in the bathroom and in the kitchen there was plenty of utensils. Everything had been thought of to make your stay enjoyable. We enjoyed ourselves to much we are returning in October.

Excellent holiday apartment

This is a beautiful, nicely furnished apartment. It has a lovely sea view from the big terrace overlooking the palm trees at the beach. It's 100 m from the beach. There is a supermarket close by. The bus stop with busses to Malaga town center is round the corner. It is a silent area with only local traffic. The kitchen is very well equipped as is the whole flat. It is very clean. The owners of the apartment are very friendly and helpful. Alltogether this is the perfect place to feel at home.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wenn man am Ende des Urlaubs sagen kann, dass man gern wieder kommen möchte, dann hat man alles richtig gemacht. Und wir können uns in der Tat sehr gut vorstellen, erneut in Malaga/El Palo unseren Urlaub zu verbringen und dann genau dieses Apartment zu buchen. Das Haus liegt in der ersten Reihe, nur von einer kleinen Einbahnstraße und der Promenade, welche von großen BĂ€umen beschattet wird, vom Strand getrennt. Die Infrastruktur in El Palo lĂ€sst keinen Wunsch offen; neben einer Vielzahl von Restaurants und CafĂ©s in der ersten und zweiten Reihe, sind auch SupermĂ€rkte, BĂ€ckereien, Banken etc. fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Zwei Buslinien (3, 11) bieten in kurzer Taktung eine bequeme und gĂŒnstige (1,30 €) Möglichkeit, das Zentrum Malagas zu erreichen. Das Apartment selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das zwar etwas schmale Bad ist so gut wie neu. Das Highlight ist die sehr große Terrasse mit je zwei Liegen und StĂŒhlen, Tisch und hochwertiger Markise. Hier lĂ€sst es sich wunderbar frĂŒhstĂŒcken und entspannen. Ab Mittag muss allerdings mit etwas Rauch von offenem Feuer gerechnet werden, welches die Restaurants in der NĂ€he entzĂŒnden, um sehr schmackhafte Fischspieße (espetos) vorzubereiten. Unbedingt probieren, sehr lecker. Meerblick gibt es von der Terrasse aber so gut wie nicht; dieser wird von den oben erwĂ€hnten BĂ€umen an der Promenade fast ganz verstellt. DafĂŒr hört man aber sogar im Schlafzimmer das angenehme Rauschen des Meeres, wenn man die TerrassentĂŒr nicht ganz zumacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Besser geht es nicht. Fazit: Klare Empfehlung, gerne wieder.

4 wunderbare Wochen im Apartement "Casa Tia Antonia"

Ein Urlaubsdomizil, wie es besser nicht sein kann! Carlos und Juan und sind die perfekten Vermieter, welche schon im Vorfeld alles Notwendige, wie z.B. Abholung mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen in Malaga, organisiert haben. Der freundliche Empfang vor Ort durch diese ĂŒberaus sympathischen und aufgeschlossenen Menschen war ein hervorragender Beginn unseres 4wöchigen Aufenthaltes in El Palo, einem Vorort von Malaga. Viele nĂŒtzliche Tipps zum alltĂ€glichen Leben sowie Hinweise auf wirkliche gute Gastronomie nahmen wir dankbar an. Die am Apartment vorbeifĂŒhrende Strandpromenade erlaubt ausgiebige SpaziergĂ€nge nach Malaga (ca. 6km) und in die Gegenrichtung. Die Busverbindung nach Malaga ist eng getaktet. Alle 5-7 Minuten fĂ€hrt ein Bus. Es gibt zwei Haltestellen im Abstand von ca. 6/ 8 Gehminuten Entfernung. Das Apartment ist gut möbliert. Das Bad ist etwas eng fĂŒr Menschen ĂŒber 1,85m. Die große Terrasse mit Meerblick lĂ€dt mit den zwei Liegen und einem Tisch mit StĂŒhlen zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt Satellitenfernsehen und eine erstaunlich schnelle Internetverbindung. Vor dem Anwesen fĂŒhrt auch eine kleine Straße (Anliegerverkehr) vorbei. Die GerĂ€usche, haben uns ĂŒberhaupt nicht gestört. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig, man hört nur das Meeresrauschen. Alle GeschĂ€fte fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Einkauf sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. El Palo hat diesbezĂŒglich eine hervorragende Infrastruktur. Wir waren immer wieder ĂŒber die niedrigen Preise im Vergleich zu Malaga ĂŒberrascht. Wir haben bereits jetzt schon wegen der großen Nachfrage fĂŒr das nĂ€chste Jahr gebucht. Englische und/oder spanische Sprachkenntnisse erleichtern den Aufenthalt... Hasta el proximo ano ;-))))))) Ursula und Klaus
