Bright two-bedroom apartment located on Calle Molina Lario, one of the most emblematic streets in Málaga’s historic centre, next to the Cathedral. Its large windows offer privileged views of the Cathedral, the Episcopal Palace and the surrounding historic buildings.
The accommodation is approximately 200 metres from the Picasso Museum and a five-minute walk from the Alcazaba, the Museum of Málaga and the port promenade. Its location makes it easy to explore the main monuments, museums, gardens, shops and restaurants in the city centre on foot.
It has two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. It also offers free high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room, and a ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed and hot and cold air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single trundle beds, a ceiling fan and a portable radiator.
Both bedrooms have large windows overlooking Calle Molina Lario and its surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and cooking utensils.
The living-dining room has hot and cold air conditioning, a Smart TV and a large window offering views of the Cathedral.
The building has a lift, although a flight of stairs must be climbed before reaching it.
A privileged location next to the Cathedral
The apartment is located in one of the most central and historic areas of Málaga. The Cathedral is right next door and can be seen from the living room and other rooms in the property.
The Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, the Museum of Málaga and Plaza de la Merced are less than a five-minute walk away. The lively port promenade is also approximately five minutes away on foot.
Some of the city’s best-known shopping streets are located nearby, together with numerous restaurants, traditional taverns, terraces and cafés. It is an ideal starting point for exploring Málaga’s historic centre on foot.

The apartment offers free high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, a ceiling fan and portable radiator in the smaller bedroom, a Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer and iron. A baby cot can also be provided upon request.

Getting here and getting around
Thanks to its central location, no vehicle is needed to visit Málaga’s main attractions.
Muelle Heredia bus station and stops serving several city bus routes are approximately a seven-minute walk away. Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is around fourteen minutes away on foot and provides connections to the airport and Málaga María Zambrano railway station.
There are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and all the services needed during your stay in the immediate vicinity.

Heating and air conditioning:The main bedroom and living room have hot and cold air conditioning. The smaller bedroom does not have air conditioning, but it is equipped with a ceiling fan and a portable radiator.
Outside noise:The apartment is located on one of Málaga’s most central and lively streets. Although it has exterior window insulation, some street noise may occasionally be heard.
No smoking:Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the building’s communal areas.
Pets:Pets are welcome. Their owners must look after their welfare, comply with the rules of the accommodation and the residents’ association, and accept responsibility for any damage they may cause.
A supplement of €20 per pet and stay applies. This covers the special cleaning required to protect guests who are allergic to dog or cat hair. A pet bed and food-and-water bowls can be provided upon request.
