Urlaub Italien.

Leider stand in der Tiefgarage ein großer Schrank sodas unsere Bus nicht ganz hineinpasste und wir das elektrische Tor nicht schliessen konnten. Heizung war nicht einzustellen und in einem Zimmer gab es nut Bettlaken und keine Decke dazu. FĂŒr Oktober zu kalt. Auch Laken als BettwĂ€sche fanden wir nicht so gut.

A great stay in a fabulous property

Check in was quick and easy, especially as the communication via what’s app was brilliant! We arrived slightly early, so they enabled us to gain access earlier! Self check in with the use of a key box and the instructions were very simple to follow! The lift in the apartment was very useful and the communal areas very clean and quiet! The apartment has an amazing view and was exceedingly clean, with French doors from both bedrooms and the living room leading out to the balcony! Others had mentioned problems with the electrics, which is mentioned in the hand book and very common for Italy as a whole! During our stay we never experienced any power cuts of over load of the electrics! The only two down sides for us, which didn’t affect our stay is the satellite tv was all in German! Also we stay in self catering accommodation in Italy often and usually in the kitchen cupboards are staples such as oil, foil, cling film etc! This is the first self catering accommodation, with the exception of salt and fish washer tablets, there was no staples in the cupboard! Not a problem, just take or buy your own! The property even though on the main road, is very quiet! Great location to the centre of Malcesnie, a few minutes walk and also the main supermarket is just a few yards up the road! Would stay again and was a fabulous stay and would highly recommend 👍

Urlaub Malcesine

Die Ferienwohnung lag sehr schön in der NĂ€he der Altstadt. Die Übergabe hat gut geklappt. Alle Informationen waren gut verstĂ€ndlich. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Der einzige Nachteil war, das das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße lag. Leider war es dadurch sehr laut. Nachts konnte man nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Die Klimaanlage war dadurch wirklich nötig und funktionierte auch.â˜ș

Lovely apartment, unresponsive management company.

My wife and 17 year old son stayed in this apartment for a week in July. The apartment is lovely and has more or less everything you need for a pleasant stay. The view of the lake is fab and I spent many an hour watching the world go by from the balcony. The road to the front of the property is busy at times but this didn't disturb our sleep once the windows and shutters were closed up. Only a short walk to the small town of Malcesine and a very well stocked supermarket just down the street. I highly recommend the apartment its self as it is clean, well equipped and in a great location with a stunning view of the lake. Unfortunately we did experience a few problems during our stay and the management company were not the most helpful and took an age to respond. We lost the electric on a Friday evening due to using the aircon, oven and hair drier at the same time, this tripped the electric outside the building which was located in a locked cupboard which we had no key to gain access to. I tried calling the number provided but was unable to get through. I emailed but alarmingly didn't get a reply until Monday morning. I did managed to force open the cupboard and restore the electric. We traveled light as there was a. washing machine provided. this was not functioning and showing a fault which I tried to rectify with the help of google but no luck. I reported this to the management but it was rather annoyingly not fixed during our stay despite being assured it would be looked at, No one came. I also emailed about a few essentials missing from the kitchen, Oven gloves and tea towels to name a few, but have never received a reply to this day. We resorted to using the bathroom hand towels provided and picked up some essentials from the local supermarket. Not what I would expect for the price I paid!!! On the last day we checked out for 10am and I messaged to ask if it would be okay to leave the car in the garage until lunch time while we had breakfast in the town before leaving for the airport. again I have never had a reply to this day. So to summarise, the apartment is great but the management company no so great. I wouldn't book with them again as I expect better service for the price paid.
