Although arrived late afternoon, the room was not ready. No offer of coffee, juice or wine during the wait. Although advertised as having wifi in room, there wasn't. Charged extra for aircon. Shower plughole blocked. Crockery in room dirty - no washing up liquid to remedy that. Bin for toilet paper not emptied. Pool was fine, if too shallow for a longer swim. AVOID

Ellias et Ania, les propriétaires de l'hôtel, font le maximum pour satisfaire les désirs de leurs clients ! Ils sont plein d'attention et nous ont aidés lorsque nous avons eu un problème. Chacun est pris en considération et très bien accueilli. On se sent tout de suite très bien ! L'hôtel est à taille humaine et joliment fleuri. Ils ont contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Un grand merci à tous les deux ! Par ailleurs, l'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Beautiful place to stay! Friendly people, and nice room! Swimmingpool surrounded with beautiful bougainville and the sea is nearby . Nice but small beach, the bay is lovely, water clean and lots of good restaurants around. We love the Aquarius Hotel!

Nettes Hotel als Startpunkt für Ausflüge

Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, Mietwagen anzuraten, da die Entfernungen doch recht groß sind. Hotelanlage äusserlich sehr schön gepflegt, in unserem Zimmer waren doch einige Dinge entweder defekt oder müssten ausgetauscht werden. Gesamteindruck noch gut, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund des Preises.

Sympathisches, familiäres Hotel

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, insgesamt positive Kommunikation. Studio sehr geräumig, in der Vorsaison etwas kühl. Pool sehr angenehm, etwas knappe Liegeflächen. Gebäude recht hellhörig, ist aber mangels Schallisolation im Süden wohl Standard. Umgebung wenig ansprechend, "Pionierzeit-Atmosphäre", bunte Mischung von Pensionen, blanken Betongerippen von unfertigen Bauvorhaben, dazwischen schön gepflegte Gärten mit üppiger Vegetation. 5 Minuten ins "Zentrum", 10 Minuten zum Strand. Fahrt auf den Berg absolut lohnenswert, wunderschöner Blick auf den Ort. A.P. gut als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, da Nationalstraße "New Road" nur ca. 1 km entfernt, aber keine Lärmbelästigung. Hotel keinesfalls 4 Sterne, 3 ja. Aber dennoch empfehlenswert.
