Nestled on the north coast of the island of Crete, close to the picturesque village of Rodia, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea the newly built complex of Villas is an exquisite spectacle of minimalism, comfort and form built on an island of unique identity. The hillside location enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea and offers easy access to many beaches, the closest being just a 5 minutes drive.
The swimming and hydro massage are open all year. It's NOT heated. So the water for the swimming pool and hydro massage will be cold at the beginning of the season.
The property is 3km from the beach, 5km from a supermarket and 16km from the airport.
Other things to note
Boasting endless panoramic sea views, our one bedroom villa features a private swimming pool with hydro massage, a private patio equipped with sun beds and a dining set, a fully equipped kitchen with indoor dining area, a living area with flat-screen TV and streaming
services and a washing machine. Our sofa can be turned into a full size single bed with high quality mattress. The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The ensuite bedroom features a contemporary bathroom with shower, a dressing room, a luxurious queen size bed with linen, towels and tasteful decoration that will make you feel pampered and invite you to serenity.
