This detached villa is located in a residence with a communal pool near Heraklion in Crete. From the residence you have panoramic views over the medieval village of Achlada, the sea and the mountains of Crete. A maximum of 2 extra beds can be added, EUR 20,- per adult per day (EUR 10,- per child (2-8 years) per day). The residence consists of 4 villas and a main building with reception. Here you can, for example, read a book in the library, meet other guests in the lobby, have a drink in the cafeteria or enjoy the view from the terrace. In just l0 minutes you can reach four different beaches by car, including the sandy beach of Aghia Pelagia. In 20 minutes by car you can reach the centre of Iraklion (Heraklion), and in 25 minutes you can reach the airport. The beautiful village of Achlada is located near Aghia Pelagia in an area with beautiful natural flora, impressive landscapes and various beaches. Achlada is an ideal place for guests who want to stay outside the city and enjoy the peace and nature or pursue leisure activities.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The deposit must be paid in cash.
